Malaspina University College는 지난 1969년 설립된 공립학교로 밴쿠버 아일랜드 중부지역인 나나이모시에 자리잡고 있다. 조용하고 중산층 캐나다인이 많이 살고 있는 노스 밴쿠버에서 페리(ferry)로 약 1시간 반정도 소요되는 교통이 편리한 곳에 위치하고 있다.

과정 소개
영어연수 수료과정 (아카데믹: 대학준비영어)
- 대학 진학을 위한 준비과정
- 총 5 레벨
- 상위 3개 레벨에서는 ESL 성적에 따라 정규과정 (학점인정) 과목을 들을 수 있다.
- 2005년 1월 4일, 2005년 4월 25일, 2005년 8월 28일에 각 학기 시작, 1주에 26시간, 각 레벨은 14주정도
- 수업내용: business English, professional presentation skills, TOEFL preparation, media studies,
   team work, volunteer activities.
영어연수 (커뮤니케이션)
- 각 레벨 학생들은 말하기에 집중 공부를 하게 된다.
- 각 레벨당 7주
- 1주일 26시간
- 시작: 2005년 1월 4일, 2월 24일, 4월 25일, 6월 16일, 8월 28일, 10월 20일
- 수업내용:General basic language skills; speaking and listening; speaking with Canadians;
   community activities, cultural studies.
- 이 과정을 듣고 있는 학생들은 아카데믹 시작에 맞춰 과정을 전환할 수 있다.
